Somehow, I lost the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers on my laptop. I tried factory resetting and system restore. Even tried to unhide the drivers, but it's not there. I've also downloaded the drivers from Microsoft but the drivers still won't work. This happened a few months ago and I went and bought a external Wi-Fi extender. It's getting irritating not being able to use the internal wifi and Bluetooth. The laptop isn't even 4 years old. If this can't be solved without having to send it to the service department in another state, it's my last Samsung purchase. I've had a Dell that last ten years.

Depending on your laptop model it's possible a plug in wifi/bt card on the mother board failed rendering the card and associated drivers invisible.

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
