Computersmy galaxy book2 pro 360 was updated to Windows 11 24H2 recently. Since then the Samsung update app does not work . It gets stuck at the opening stage where it is requesting that I agree to the privacy notice to continue . Although you can browse the agreement there is no place to 'agree'. So I'm stuck in a loop.
It has worked successfully prior to this.
Any thoughts how to get past 'privacy message loop' welcomed. I have tried repairing and resetting the app
Also should I consider updating drivers outside of this utility. e.g: the graphics driver ?

running wsreset.exe command in the command prompt fixed the issue.
Can you also try it and let me know if it works?

I tried your suggestion but Samsung update will not allow me to get past the message "agree to the privacy notice to continue"
