Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha, 13", 512GB Touch Pad Not Working

The touch pad stopped working.  It shows no mice or pointers in devices.  getting windows code 10 host controller.   This is a 2 week old device.  Any help please. Thanks.

Open samsung updates and your list of drivers will be listed. If some are not updated or downloaded u can do so without having to do much.

No update found with Samsung updates.

Have you tried seeing if your touchpad was enabled in Windows?

No option to disable or enable.  Mouse and pointers is not there.  F5 does nothing.

i2c HID Device  Code 10 will not start.  I think is the issue. Any ideas?

Did u try restarting the PC?

Also you should have seen 15 drivers that come installed.

Went ahead and did a system reset.  Pad clicks but still not functional.

Have u looked in this settings to ensure the touch pad is enabled?
