Galaxy Book Pro 15.6 Number Pad Not Responding

Hi,

If anyone has same problem that I have, and how to fix it.  Thanks.

Problem is the 10-key pad on the right side of the laptop.  

I got this galaxy book in December 2021 and the 10-key pad was working fine.  Starting yesterday, can't enter numbers using the keypad anymore.  When I keyed in the numbers, nothing happened and sometime the cursor just moved up down or sideway. 

I then have to use the numeric key row on top just below the laptop screen.

Any input on how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hope I don't have to return the laptop if this problem can't be fixed.

I pressed down the "NumLock" key but it does not work.

Turn on mum lock

Yes, I did try to turn on "Num Lock" key, and the moment I did that I heard a beep sound.  After that was done, still can't enter numbers using the 10 key pad on the right side of laptop. 

Is there another way to turn on numb lock?
