Galaxy Book2 360 - "All boot options are tried" Error

I have the exact same issue as reported by  @cmyoo53  in the thread   Galaxy Book2 360 does not boot

It started with the error : ā€œ All boot options are tried. Press <F4> key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop iterationā€

When I get in BIOS configuration, it does not seem to recognise SSD. under SATA Port 1 "Not installed" . It occurs randomly. Sometimes it seems working fine and I can see NVME Port 1 is recognised in BIOS configuration. We sent the laptop to  Samsung customer service UK and they sent it back to saying "no defect" (Useless and pathetic service).

I understand many users have same issue and resolved by replacing internal SSD. Appreciate if any one can help me with :

1). What kind of drive works? (e.g : Crucial P3 500GB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe Internal SSD - CT500P3SSD8)

2). if any user guide showing the drive replacement process?

3). Best way to make recovery disk ? before the replacement : is it OK just to create "Recovery Drive: as in Microsoft site?

Thanks in advance

You should have an open hard drive slot. Open it, pop the hard drive out. Take it to get a new one or read the info off it to order one. You can use 2 hard drives.

Make the Windows media tool one for the second drive. Put the new drive in the 1st slot, the original in the 2nd slot.

Hi @PrivacyandSecurity Thanks. But this model of Galaxy Book2 360 (not PRO) comes with only one HDD. Also since the Laptop is unable to boot to Windows, need an option to make a recovery drive including the OS in another mode (such as Safe mode may be?)

1) This is what I purchased for replacement.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09QV692XY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

2) You will be able to find a few videos about how to disassemble the laptop on youtube. All tools I needed was a small Philips screw diver and a triangle shaped pry opening tool. I found it is easier to start prying on the backside close to where the hinge is. You can purchase a cheap cellphone repair tool kit from Amazon.

3) I used a recovery driver app already installed in your Windows.  You can search it in your Windows search tap.

It worked well for several months after replacement of the SSD then it started randomly freezing, crashing. I'm not sure if it is from a different issue but the laptop is now RIP. Good luck!

Thanks for all who responded. Much appreciated. I think after speaking to Samsung customer support I learnt my lesson and not to repeat the mistake of buying a laptop from a washing machine manufacturer. Support was absolutely horrible.
