ComputersRecently my USB-C port on the left side of the Galaxy Chromebook has stopped working. I've tried multiple chargers and USB-C headphones and nothing works. It's like functionality is completely dead. The Chromebook has no wear and tear and stays on a table 90% of the time. Never dropped or anything. Has anyone had this happen and know of a remedy? I've already factory reset twice with no luck. Thanks.

ComputersAt this point, if the port is still problematic after factory resets, service would be the next suggested step. To move forward with that process, please send me a private message with the full model and serial number of the chromebook so that we can hopefully help ease your frustrations. http://bit.ly/2ihPL97
