I tried to use my Book S with an external monitor while leaving the laptop closed on a support. Problem is the machine started to get slow, freeze and act up. I left the settings for when the lid closes to do nothing. But this keeps happening. I dont know if it's because it heats up or something. Has anyone tried to use it like me? Did you have the same problem?

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. No one wants to have a laptop slowing and freezing. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link:

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109656/

Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
