How do you link your A14 to a HP Desktop computer?

I'm having difficulty in the settings of syncing my current new A14 cell phone to my HP Desktop personal computer. My old cell phone is stored in the computer and I am asking for help in how to go about updating it.

You need to have Windows 10 or 11, and you need to download the "link to Windows" app through the Microsoft store on your pc
