I bought a Samsung Book a year and a half ago, everything was working fine and up to date then suddenly when rebooting the computer on start up it doesn't run bios it goes from black screen to a display of a QR code that hasn't led me anywhere.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Since the device is not going to a bios screen you may be unable to do any type of factory reset. As such this will require service, as your device is out of warranty you may need to find a local repair center, or you call in our depot center at 1-310-669-4334.
