Can't find Home Up in the Galaxy Store?

 Why can't I find Home Up in the Galaxy Store? I always have to install using an APK file. Can't find anywhere in the Galaxy Store.

@Zippo81 If you have Good Lock installed, it will show up as a plugin that you can install.
