My top notification bar (time, charging status, and notifications) has completely disappeared. My toggle buttons at the bottom have too, as well. I have tried to reset my phone multiple times. I've also gone into settings and display to no avail. I do not receive any notifications, unless, I pull the top screen down.
Did you accidentally turn on "easy mode"? Settings/display/easy mode. Tap easy mode and see if the slider is set to on or off. Did you recently change your Galaxy theme? try using a different one. The theme might interfere with your status and navigation bars, but easy mode will definitely turn them off.
