No Data connection and I'm running out of ideas

So on Sunday (12/22/24) my phone looked like it updated and I didn't notice until later that I had no mobile data.
I feel like I have tried everything at this point and I have no idea how to fix this issue.
I have tried:
- restarting the phone
- turning mobile data off and on
- turning airplane mode off and on
- switching simcards
- reseting network settings
- doing a factory reset
- calling t-mobile

I am running out of options but I wanted to know if anyone had any other ideas for what to do. I have a Flip Z, and really don't want to have to replace it.

This happened to me as well. The update cleared my APN settings. Have you checked them?

My current issue is that when calls connect, my audio goes silent. This update is horrible!

You may have a VPN either automatically provided by the carrier or part of an AV app. Disable it and check again.

Hello wallythewahlquist, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is to not be able to connect to mobile data services.

It appears you have tried most of the troubleshooting we have available: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001598

Try step 4, put the phone in safe mode, and see if you are able to connect to T-Mobile services.

If you are still unable to connect, try having T-Mobile technical support do a system refresh/restore for your phone line.
