Fold & Flip PhonesHello, We understand the frustration of not receiving notifications.
Are you connected to a VPN? If so, disconnect from the VPN and test the notifications.
We also have a troubleshooting link here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001588/
You can also try testing the phone in Safe Mode to see if you are able to receive notifications from stock apps such as Messages or Calls. This will let you know if there is an app blocking the notifications. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If you've just updated the phone, try clearing the cache partition in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume down and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME DOWN until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
We also recommend submitting an error report to submit the error logs to the developers: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

Fold & Flip PhonesI don't know if it is the same problem, but notifications aren't popping up on my cover screen anymore when I receive them. The phone still gets them, but I have to hit the power button and swipe left to see them. š
