Protect Battery - over charging?

Hey all, question about the protect battery feature on the fold3 in the battery and device care settings. 

Since the battery will only charge to 85% (which shows 100%,) is it safe to say the battery can safely be continuously charged? Say overnight. It should be fine to keep the phone on the charger when not in use, correct?

@33Richie33 Yes it is safe to leave the Z Fold 3 on the charger overnight. Regardless if you have the protect battery feature enabled or not.

Understanding that not having this feature enabled will degrade the battery's lifespan. But that's good to know, thanks!
