Samsung Fold 6 Flashlight Error

I have the Fold 6 and I can't get the flashlight to work. When I pull down the functions bar and click on, "flashlight", it says it can't turn on because it's being used by my camera's notifications. I've been looking for hours, days even, to find that and shut it off, but have had no luck. Any idea how this happened, how to turn it off so that I can use the flashlight, and if I'll have to keep going through this issue?

- Toggle off Camera Flash Notification
