Fold & Flip PhonesHave had my Z Flip 6 for 3 months. Screen started malfunctioning so Samsung sent a replacement. I can't transfer the data since I can't press the button on the broken phone to continue to that step.
I have been successful emulating the screen via a USB C to HDMI port. Though I can't interact with the screen. I have tried finding some way to doing this through my Samsung TVs or tablet but everything requires me to use the broken phone to complete the process.
If there a device that will let me emulate my screen the way the USB C to HDMI did and use a mouse as a "finger" to interact with the phone. I just need to click one button and I'm good.
All my electronics are Samsung and never had an issue. I dread having a negative customer care experience.
Also, no, I don't back up my contacts and financial data on the cloud. Seems every other month some huge company is getting hacked. Makes me wary.

Fold & Flip PhonesYou can also try taking your old phone to a ubreakifix outlet and having the screen replaced, or perhaps they can assist you in transferring the data. It will cost you, though, especially since Samsung already replaced the phone.
