My phone volume goes up down after having it on silent for work and then activating ring tone again. Ive done the suggestion that was posted about the reset when you turn off phone and what not.

I can't even list all issues with the last update. It's constantly beeping when listen music. I would listen music in the car at normal level and, suddenly, it just starts blasting at crazy volume. Today, it scared me so bad that I almost hit a car in front of me. I've tried to adjust settings but nothing worked so far.
