flip 6 notification sound not working

My notifications sound stop working. I hear nothing when I get a text message or calandar reminder. I also get no sounds when I'm switching the notification tone. only ringtone works. I've already tried factory resetting my phone and it still doesn't work. Anyone else having this issue?

Categories for Each App" On

Im not sure it's a google issue. Because when I go under settings> sounds and vibration>Notification sound And I switch the notification sound with the volume up, I don't get a sound from any of them. But when I do the same under ringtone, I hear the sounds.
