Fold & Flip Phoneshi all my fold 4 inside screen just stopped working. i updated yesterday today its not working screen is on rotates just no touch i nhave reset multiple times :{ was ontto samsung chat they says its not a software issue what a lie .... i am not happy its happing flip 6 phones to **bleep** samsung ... u need to push a quick update or u will lose me and lots of other customers by trying to tell us we damaged the phone its been in case since bought. a samsung case i would like an updated patch quick or will be going to another phone which dosnt have thgese update problems back to apple i guess considering u are trying to blamer the user for ur software glitch

It is also possible a third-party application is causing this behavior. You can check with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Last resort is to try a factory reset, giving your device a fresh start. Follow this guide carefully, and back up everything you can beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
