I bought the Buds 3 Pro online on July 12 and today, August 23, they have not arrived for me to pick up at Best Buy, terrible service from Samsung. Do you know if I cancel them and they will refund me the full price?

After ordering them on July 6th I just got the notification that they've shipped! Still waiting for UPS to pick them up so the tracking number will work to see when I'll receive them. WOOHOO!!

I'm hoping so. I've gone from the Buds+ to the Buds FE because I like the wingtip design. I was never a big fan of the Air pods design but I've heard nothing but great reviews about the Buds3 Pros so I decided to give em a go. Since I'm a Samsung user for life I'll be able to optimize all the features. I can't wait to get them!!

I love mine I use the blade lights all the time to show them all walking at night with them on great sound quality and everything with them.

I got my own bud 3, and it is a fantastic piece of technology. Most importantly, I love the sound fidelity. However, I don't like the design, the placement of the buds inside the case. In the case, the Buds are facing outward, you need to twist/turn them to face inward to go in your ears. Then to take them out of your ears to put back into the case, you need to twist/turn them to face outward again to go back into the case. That is inconvenient and double job. I must have dropped my buds more than 20 times, especially when I want to put them back to the bud.

Yeah that's the only downside I fight to put them back in the case but over time I will learn how to install them correctly every time.  But I gotta say I love the design they actually stay in my ears unlike my old pair that would fall out all the time.

I have the buds 2 pro and am considering the buds 3 pro in the future as I think the design is better and I wonder how much the sound quality between the 2 pro and the 3 pro is like. Mine are great and I love them but I do wish they were just a little louder though they're more than sufficient. Are there any notable feature changes or differences/upgrades between them?
