Buds 3 Pro microphone connectivity issue with Windows 11 PC's

Has anyone been able to connect their Buds 3 Pro to a Windows 11 PC to use as a headset/microphone successfully? I've tried repairing, installed the buds app, and used different apps to test the microphone, but it almost never works. Teams/Zoom calls simply don't recognize the buds as a microphone.

This is incredibly disappointing, and prevents me from using these as a daily earbud.

In my case the microphone does not work at all. It is visible in the system and all apps see it, but the recording sound is full of interferencing sounds and scratches. The same thing with trying to record the voice on windows recording app. Using Windows 11, I have all latest drivers and Buds App installed. What is worse, the sound of the buds connected to the Windows laptop is awful, like MONO sound. No such issues with the phone. SAMSUNG please make something it is a shame.
