Galaxy BudsHello kaylo, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is to not be able to use the Buds 3 Pro with the PC.
Are the earbuds connected to any other devices at the same time? If so, try disconnecting from the other device and test on the PC.
Have you tried resetting the buds and then reconnecting them? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103/
If the troubleshooting throughout this thread does not help, we recommend submitting an error report. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
