I'm having a problem because the sound quality of my Buds 3 got worse after the update. Is there a way to reverse the update? Or, @samsung, please fix this with a new update. šŸ™

Sorry to say but they are no options to revert to a older version of the software for the earbuds hopefully a new update comes out soon that will resolve your issue that you are having

@GaryB82 no one should hold their breath with software fixes for the Buds 3pro. I have had nothing but problems with mine. I thought they would fix Voice Controls in the first software update, they didn't.

I had to disable Voice Control because they would chronically beep and force a next song or video in YouTube without a command.

I just posted about it and it was buried in another post insuring it will not get seen with an fix.

Yet they allow 5,000,000 posts about Samsung Messages without merging them.

What are the trying to hide?
