Galaxy BudsI just received my Buds 3 Pro and was using them on the train for the first time and I had them in Active Noise Cancelling mode but noticed it was letting through some noises i would have thought it would cancel out.
There was one guy sitting a couple of rows ahead of me and sniffling and it seemed to not only let this sound through but increase the volume of the sound that is was as loud as the podcast I was listening to. It also let through the screeching of the train wheels on the tracks when it went around a bend.
This noise got quite irritating after a while and I had to take the my Buds out.
Does anyone know if there is any way of either turning down or getting the headphones to cancel out this noise, or is this a software issue we have no control over?
If there is no way of controlling this i think i might need to return them as they are unusable for me on the train. Which is a shame because they are really good headphone otherwise
