Do Samsung Buds have noise canceling?

I took out of my jacket pocket today, a pair of at the time revolutionary Ears Buds.

 I suddenly realized they haven't worked for many years because the company went out of business.

The buds cancelled all noise surrounding you via an App on the Note 20 Ultra. White noise.

Do the Samsung Buds operate in a similar fashion?

If you are streaming audio, it lets you still hear surrounding noises. (We've used this feature when out gardening.)
