Exclamation mark on galaxy wearable app when earbuds are in case

So I'm not sure if something's wrong or not but when i place one of my earbuds back in the case and exclamation mark appears on the app which feels like something is wrong with the earbuds, tried reading the manual several times and searching about it but couldn't find anything

I understand where this would be frustrating. Is it always the left earbud that shows the exclamation mark? Does this only occur when the earbud(s) is in the charging cradle? If both earbuds show connected in the Wearables app when not in the charging cradle, try resetting them. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085 If it continues to show the exclamation mark in the charging cradle, service would be recommended.
