Galaxy Buds Caller Hears Loud Background Noise?

I've had these for about 4 months. Called always say my backdrop noise is super loud. Moving papers around, soft music, etc. Sometimes I also sound muffled. I only wear one at a time. This has been done day one.  What is the deal?
