Galaxy BudsWell all in all the subject tells the story. One day out of the blue my right bud no longer held a charge, no matter what I seem to do with it, it refuses to turn on. I've watched all the troubleshooting videos, all the walkthroughs, and nothing. The case is charged, the left one works just fine, but the right one under no circumstances seems to do anything but sit in my case and remind me that it broke a few days after the warranty expired.

Galaxy BudsThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your right Galaxy bud not charging and would be happy to look into this further for you. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01206422/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. I would recommend a service repair. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
