I, like so many others, am having severe issues with my ears after wearing my Buds Pro. I awoke this morning at 3:30 with very wet ears. They also are very itchy.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I had the same symptoms. But, after my ears began to heal, the flaking and extreme itching began. I noticed it began not long after wearing them. I discontinued use.
Last night, I wanted to try again. I wiped down the silicone tips with alcohol. I wore them for roughly 10 minutes and here we are. Wide awake on a work day with awful symptoms.
I own multiple Samsung devices. My televisions (2), 4K UHD Bluray, sound bar and surround sound, phones, tablets and I just bought the Galaxy Book Go. I love that I can connect everything. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the Buds.
I have used galaxy buds for a week and my ears started to get severely irritated, swallen, and discharged fluid all the time. I never had issue with my ear and this is driving my crazy. I stopped using it for a week now but I'm still suffering from extremely bad symptoms and can't even sleep at night. Seems like I'm not the only one having the same issue and wondering what's the answer from samsung...
I had the same issue with the first Samsung buds. I used alcohol to clean the buds after each use. That helped. But I changed to the Buds Live and have not had any issues. Plus, they sound Very good!
I cleaned it. Also only one week of usage made too much damages on my ears. Haven't used it for a week not but my ears are in no shape to use them anytime soon at all.

I have a very similar issue also - fluid discharge and an infection that my primary physician and an ENT specialist both said was considerable in both ears. Initially I wasn't sure what was causing this issue - but after a month long treatment - but ears had almost healed. Then over the weekend, I put the Buds Pro in my ear and a day later - I was back to having the fluid discharge, itch, dry, flaky skin etc. I am still recovering from that infection and my ears haven't healed yet.
My advice to anyone experiencing this issue would be to stop using the Buds Pro completely. It's a shame as I really like them - but I did send my details in the private message as indicated.
*****Galaxy Buds Pro allergic reaction***** started getting extrmely itchy and irritated ear canals... I have both the galaxy buds live and no the pro and evry time I use the proo I start to get itchy and my ears start getting all red... also my right buds all its comes out its like a pop noise and it doesn't connect to the ambient sound.
I have the exact same problem with my buds pro. Never will use them again or ever recommend them just because of this.... Very sad because I did like them but it's not worth an ear infection every time you put them on
This is happening to me as well, exactly as you describe it. I've never had this happen with any other ear buds before. This is so bad, I can't even use them anymore.
