Hi,

As of the last couple days I'm starting to experience this bug where the ANC will appear to turn down strength on its own (almost as if adaptive mode is on). This mainly happens in the left bud.

To be clear I have noise cancelling set to max strength and adaptive not on. When I toggle transparency then go back it appears to return to full strength.

You can also submit feedback directly to Samsung using the Error Reporting feature. Open the Wearables app>Tap the Menu and then the Settings icon>Contact Us>Error reports
