Galaxy BudsI purchased the Earbuds Live 2 months ago, and the left Earbud will not work. It does not take charge. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it. I tired updating the app, resetting it, and uninstalling and installing again. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this can be! If resetting the earbuds, Restart or reset your Samsung earbuds, does not correct the charging issue, or if you are unable to connect to the Wearables app, then service is recommended.
