Galaxy buds are not charging in the cradle and the light stays on

My buds will not charge in there case unless it is plugged in to a wall charger. Is there something wrong with them and also the light on the case will not go off ever.

I understand how frustrating this may be. Is the light on the charging cradle changing from red to green when charging? Try resetting the earbuds, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078085, and make sure the software is up to date. If you are still experiencing issues with the charging cradle, service would be recommended. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
