Hello,

I recently got myself some galaxy buds (1st gen) and am trying to connect them to my samsung tv (model UN40MU6290). It pairs , but when i try to connect it says " Cannot connect to Galaxy Buds (E381). Check and make sure that it is turned on."

Which they are turned on.

Can anyone please help me?

Galaxy buds are compatible with a smartphone and tablet running Android 5.0 or higher & RAM 1.5GB above or with a PC running Windows 10, version 1803.
