I just got my buds in today, but is anyone having issues wirh their buds audio? 

My left bud seems very muted and unclear compared to my right ones where it's crystal clear.

There has been a production halt on them due to qa issues, see if you can get them exchanged

Hello panda216, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with the difference in audio from the left and right earbuds.

Are you using the Active Noise Cancelling feature with the earbuds?

a. Open the Wear / Wearable app
b. Under “noise controls,” slide buds icon to the left to Active Noise Cancelling

If this does not help, the earbuds will need to be serviced.
