Galaxy BudsI see there comes buds pro 2. I'd have thought they would ensure the 1st ones worked right before failing again. My buds pro...one or the other always turns off. Always. I've cleaned updated

I definitely can understand how frustrating it is to have your buds disconnecting. If your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro disconnect from your phone often, it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly. You should check that the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears, that your Bluetooth connection is secure, and that your earbud's software is up-to-date.

If you are still experiencing disconnections on your buds after trying all steps in the guide above, then I would recommend service on the buds.
