Receiver hearing Weird Sound

When I use the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with my Fold 5 when talking on the phone. The receiver says usually after a few minutes that they hear some strange noise and can't hear me. We usually have to disconnect and try the call again to work.

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when the person you are talking on the phone is unable to hear you when you are using your Buds 2 Pro.

If resetting the network settings as suggested by @VerbumVeritum did not help, there are a couple of extra steps to try.

If the caller continues to experience the strange noise when you are using your Buds, we recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/

Try Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. Mind you, this clears all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections/settings and you will have to reestablish them afterward.

I have done that. Plus I know another person with the same phone and earbuds with the same problem
