Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when the person you are talking on the phone is unable to hear you when you are using your Buds 2 Pro.
If resetting the network settings as suggested by @VerbumVeritum did not help, there are a couple of extra steps to try.

If the caller continues to experience the strange noise when you are using your Buds, we recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/
