Galaxy BudsI thought the software update for the Buds Pro 3 would fix the multiple problems I am having with my buds, it didn't.
Noise controls when in use, especially ANC is awful, hissing and popping sounds. They only sound good when all is shut off.
Voice commands are just as bad, next song keeps getting activated without a command, making it impossible to listen to anything.
The 2 features you want the most don't work.
I have reset the buds many, many times.
Do you think I am better sending them in for replacement, or will a service center be able to replace them?

Galaxy BudsHello JollyCello, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to experience these issues with new earbuds.
If resetting the earbuds has not helped, we recommend submitting error reports to Samsung using the following steps: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
We also recommend having them serviced at an authorized service center, as the warranty is for repairs only. You can use the following link to review the warranty information: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/legal/LGL10000282/#standard-limited-warranty
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
