Galaxy Note PhonesIs anyone experiencing problems with signing on with their fingerprints??? I have erased and did them over it seems as if I have to push extremely hard and it's still not operating like it shld.

Galaxy Note PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the difficulty of not being able to access the phone. There are some steps to try to improve the fingerprint sensor.
1. This article provides some helpful tips, in addition to some troubleshooting. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01200322
2. Try powering the phone completely off, then powering on in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
3. You can also try rebooting the phone from the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate
- Use power button to select.
Options under this menu that may help include: Clear Cache Partition, Repair Apps, Reboot phone now.
