Is the new AI an app, and if so, can someone that still has the top of line phone like the Note Ultra, just download the AI in whatever type of file it is amd run with it?
No, it is software. The Note 20 will not be able to run the software, it will not be upgraded to either Ui6 or 6.1. The Note 20 is out of software updates, only security patches left. You would need at least a S23 series, maybe S22 series.
