Galaxy Note PhonesHi, i just got the note 10 plus.
I have set my lock screen on unlock with pin and/or fingerprints. That works so far just fine until I press my side key to wake up the phone but then I can only swipe to unlock...no pin or fingerprints needed...where is the sense in the biometric security when everyone can access my phone....please help and hopefully I just didnt fine the right option...thanks

Galaxy Note PhonesYou didn't do the face unlock correct? I would disable everything and then enter in a new pattern and finger prints.

Galaxy Note PhonesYes, but if everything is backed up through Gmail, google one etc. You should be fine. I would recommend Google one. It's super cheap and you can back up to the cloud and then just restore.
