Solved: Side key only gives me option to unlock with swipe - Samsung Community

Hi, i just got the note 10 plus.

I have set my lock screen on unlock with pin and/or fingerprints. That works so far just fine until I press my side key to wake up the phone but then I can only swipe to unlock...no pin or fingerprints needed...where is the sense in the biometric security when everyone can access my phone....please help and hopefully I just didnt fine the right option...thanks

Hate to say it but mayhaps a factory reset is in order.

You didn't do the face unlock correct? I would disable everything and then enter in a new pattern and finger prints.
