I can't find the auto rotate button, was it deleted recently?

@Lisa2022 When Auto Rotate is turned off, the icon and the label change. When Auto rotate is off, you will see this icon.

 Click that icon to enable Auto rotate. Once you do that, the icon will change to this:

It may be hidden. Bring down the notification bar all of the way (dragging twice). Then you'll see three vertical dots in the top right. Click on them the choose 'edit buttons'. You then can scroll left or right to find it, then set it to appear in your drop notification section.

What do you get when you choose button order? Can you scroll the icon windows left or right? When you expand the notification panel completely down, can you also scroll those panels?

When you pull the panel down all the way, try sliding it left or right. You should find the button there. If it is blue it is on, so go to 3 dots and edit it to put it in the small top panel.

Click on "portrait" and you'll get the auto rotate.
