Galaxy Note PhonesI understand how frustrating this can be! This article will provide you with some troubleshooting steps that may help.
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001439
If you are experiencing network service issues with calling, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you may need to contact your carrier.
If you are still unable to receive messages and all other network functions are performing correctly, such as calls, mobile data, etc., then service would be recommended.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
