Galaxy Note PhonesHi,
I encountered the problem of screen blur and has the color like bluelight filter turning on after updating to android 10 and one ui 2.0. If I stop using for a while and turn on the phone ahain the problem disappeared but after a couple minutes the pproblem happened again

Galaxy Note Phoneshi, my Note 9 is having this green screen issue too. I managed to get a temporary fix by searching on Note 9 group, there are people suggested to turn on the Always On Display and i tried it, it really work. You just need to turn on the Always On Display (AOD), then unlock your phone when you see the AOD clock show on the screen. You can see the normal screen after this. However, if you unlock the phone too soon before the AOD clock show on the screen, the green screen will come back. This make me suspect it is really a software problem as I can use normally if I turned on AOD. If i off AOD, the screen will be green all the time even after restart, boot into safe mode or after factory reset.

Galaxy Note PhonesHi good day am the owner of a Samsung galaxy. Note 9 which was working find until I updated it recently to ui 2 upgraded to android 10 which dated the 1 March 2020 I installed it on the 3 of April soon after I noticed my back ground display pic last its sharpness very dazzling to look at I didn't play it any mind cause I know it was from the update thinking I will replace the display pic put then about 2 to 3 days after u notice that my display just became yellowish with line across the screen flickering and the only way I could look at the display is when I adjust the brightness then the display is watchable with still little discoloration and when ever I lock the phone and unlock it will comes back normal and a few seconds or some minutes will turn back to yellowish I try turning of auto brightness when it turn back normal it still turn back yellowish I try rebooting clearing the cache nothing changes I even rebooted in safe mode still the same and my battery dont last as it use to because i have to keep the screen on full brightness it's the only way I could use the phone to see the display believe it is the update Base on other people reviews with the same issues like mines I need some help please

Galaxy Note PhonesHello @userXyQtKZvqTB ,
At this point you have done all of the basic troubleshooting. Now you need your device inspected by a technician. If it is an issue witih the latest software updated they will be able to reload your software after inspecting your device. I have left the link below:
For Samsung Care Authorized locations near you:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
Hope this was helpful!

Galaxy Note PhonesYes apart of the inspection is software. A technician's inspection is software and hardware. The link provides locations that are Samsung certfied to assist with your device. During the inspection the technician will attempt to reload your software to resolve the issue or the other resolution would be to wait for a software patch to be sent to your device to correct the issue. The first option is an immediate resolution of your issue but if you dont want to travel I suggest waiting for the software patch.
