Hello, and thank you for reaching out. If you’d like to listen to music from your phone through your car’s speaker, you can connect your phone with a USB cable or auxiliary cable. Or, you can use Bluetooth for a wireless connection if your car supports it. For hands-free driving, you can download the Android Auto app to make calls, open mobile apps, and use your smart devices as well.

Note: Available screens and settings may vary by the wireless service provider, software version, phone model, and car manufacturer.

Make sure the phone and the car's system are fully updated.

You may also need to remove previously connected devices from the vehicle's system.

If you are still unable to connect to the vehicle's Bluetooth, we recommend submitting an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
