Hello, Lonnie here. I am new to Samsung and actually, Android in general. My grandson has been ranting on about how I should switch from apple iPhone. Well today I got the Galaxy S10+. I want to surprise him and show him I'm a cool grandpa. Lol

I've seen something about a dark mode. It'll surely be easier on my eyes. How does one go about enabling this feature?

Thank you in advance,

Lonnie.

P.s. I will probably have lots of questions. I hope that's okay.

Welcome to the site!

  1. Open phone settings
  2. Click on Display
  3. Enable "Night mode"

Hey @userc35nSs3p5N, I hope your day is going well.

To enable night mode (dark mode), simply go to the Settings app>Display>Night mode>choose whether you want it on always or scheduled.

I personally prefer the night mode as well. I feel like it's cleaner and as you said, easier on the eyes. I bet your grandson will be happy.

As always, if you need anything, feel free to let me know.

Take care!
