Clearing CACHE- Frustrated can't

OMG, I am sooooo frustrated that I can't EASILY clear my cache at any time I feel the need or want to!!!! Whenever my phone HEATS UP, which is a lot, the first thing I turn to is CLEAR CACHE!!! It has worked 99% of the time, only now that ability has been taken away!!

We also used to have, moons ago, the ability to SEE WHICH APPS, AND HOW MUCH BACKGROUND USAGE THEY WERE USING, ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO SHUT DOWN THOSE APPS TO FREE MEMORY (that also reduced heat) - BUT NOT IN A LONG TIME, because that was taken away!! Overall, why does "our boss & assoc feel the need to LIMIT & CONTROL US?!? Obviously, that's rhetorical, but really, now...

Try Zero Cleaner app in play store has manual and automatic cache cleaner. Problem solved .

I just now noticed your reply to my question, thank you . I just downloaded this app and it looks fantastic, exactly what I'm looking for.

I haven't gone through it yet, but hey I can't thank you enough for your tip 😉. It's time to press on lol

It works well, I use it frequently. It has automatic and manual settings. On automatic or manual you do have to engage the app, enjoy.

Although this is a great solution, Zero Cleaner, it's unfortunate that when you clear cache with ONE button for all app cache to clean AUTO it calls up each app but itself to clear. Like as of we opened each app and cleared the cache ourselves, only Zero Clean does it aromatically. Which is fantastic but it takes a few minutes to go through each app. It's the best unless rebooting with both fingers on side keys . Geesh, no easy way I guess lol
