Cricket and Samsung block 5g+

Looking on the sim status on my s20 ultra. Preferred voice and data only give me lte option. So I can only get lte and lte plus. I have read that I should get 5g+ with cricket. Is this a Samsung and cricket thing. Should I get a new SIM card? Thanks.

I've also recently switched carriers from cricket only due to them not providing 5G,,
