Daily reset of hotspot to get internet working again

I have unlimited data through my cell phone carrier. I use my phone hotspot as my internet connection. After a phone update a while ago, everyday around the same time I will loose internet. To fix the issue I just cycle my hotspot off and then back on and my internet starts working again. I have spoken with my phone carrier and it appears it is a phone setting, but haven't been able to locate it. My hotspot does not stay on all the time (turns off when outside or not home). Anyone have an idea where to locate where setting is? On a side note, the time the issue happens shifted by and hour when DST happened.
